Andrew Bynum To Miss One Month Of NBA Season Due To Surgery
Andrew Bynum had his arthroscopic surgery on his right knee two months ago thus he said that he will be out for the first month of this upcoming NBA Season. It was first said that he will be fully recovered come October 26, 2010 but his doctor said that for a better result he should take a rest for another one month and he should do it with knee rehabilitation.
Andrew said that he will be back in full battle gear at the end of November. All in all it will be two months before he will get to join the Lakers. He is really needed by his team because of the sudden influx of stronger bigmen not only in the west but also in the east. For the Spurs they have Tiago Splitter and for the Nets they have Derrick Favors. The Lakers might suffer rebounding difficulties if they don't have a banger like Bynum.
They will miss this attitude for one month:
Andrew had surgery last July 28, 2010 to repair a tear of the lateral meniscus in his right knee. He suffered that injury during the first round of their playoffs last April. It was twice injured before. He had to undergo surgery before it gets worse. Bynum averaged 8.6 points and 6.9 rebounds and he started 23 times during their post season games.
For now he will have to take a sit and leave the Job to Mbenga. He will just do some other things.
