Kobe Bryant Fined $100,000 by NBA Because of Dissing Referee In Game Against Spurs

Before when we say technical fouls, Rasheed Wallace comes to our mind but now Kobe Bryant is in the discussions with regard to NBA technical fouls. His technical fouls continue to pile up.

His most recent technical foul and which caught the attention of several sports personalities was the one that happened in the 3rd quarter of the Lakers' game against the San Antonio Spurs. Kobe got pissed off on Bennie Adams. Bennie is one of the veteran referees that the NBA has. Kobe murmured two offensive words. He said F*****g f***ot."

An NBA legend, Steve Kerr said while Kobe is mouthing those words:

"You might wanna take the cameras off of him right now, for the children watching."

The commissioner of NBA, David Stern expressed his sentiments about Kobe's misconduct. He said:

“Kobe Bryant’s comment during last night’s game was offensive and inexcusable. While I’m fully aware that basketball is an emotional game, such a distasteful term should never be tolerated. Accordingly, I have fined Kobe $100,000. Kobe and everyone associated with the NBA know that insensitive or derogatory comments are not acceptable and have no place in our game or society.”
