Alaska Aces New Import For PBA Governors Cup 2011: Jason Forte

After letting other teams reveal their respective new imports we have now been informed that the Alaska Aces have revealed their new Ace import, Jason Forte. The news came from Coach Tim Cone himself.

Jason Forte is a 6'6 forward who can score anytime he wants. He once suited up for Air 21 before but he was replaced. Now he's the new import of Alaska. He's quite mysterious, but here's what his past coaches tell about him:

"He's very versatile player who adds depth in the backcourt and on the front line ... One of the more athletic players on the team ... The strongest player in the weight room."

It looks like that he plays like LD Williams. He also has a big and strong body and he loves doing physical moves in the shaded lane. He will not be effective for Alaska if he will not be able to shoot threes more often because Coach Time Cone loves to use the Triangle offense.

When Jason Forte was still in college playing for the Southern Mississippi men's basketball team in 2004, he averages 6.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. In the NBA he played for the Boston Celtics and for the Seattle Supersonics, now Oklahoma City Thunder. He's known as a great free throw shooter and a very dynamic defender.

Here's how Jason Forte plays. He is a complete package. He can shoot threes and he can dunk the ball with ease. He's the one dunking in this video.
