Don Don Hontiveros To Play For Smart Gilas Pilipinas For The FIBA Asia Olympic Qualifiers

The Cebuano Hot Shot, and the Air 21's new go-to-guy, Don Don Hontiveros will be loaned to Smart Gilas Pilipinas from now on up to the FIBA Asia Olympic qualifiers which will be on September 2011. He will provide more length on the shooting guard position and he will give an incommensurable veteran smarts for Gilas. He can also shoot three pointers.

Chris Tiu, Smart Gilas Team Captain personally confirmed Hontivero's presence in the team using his Twitter account. He said that starting today up to September, Don Don will be with them as they try to bring back the lost glory of the Philippines in basketball. The FIBA Asia qualifiers will be on September.
