James Yap Traded To Petron For PBA Governors Cup 2011: Is This True?

After the Joe Devance trade issues and interesting exchange of ideas, we're now facing another issue, the James Yap trade. James Yap was told to be aching to win another championship and he wants a new management. After Ryan Gregorio's transfer to Meralco Bolts. Yap seemed to be longing to be playing under his former coach. The bottom line is, he wants to be traded. Is that true?

Fortunately we have Mr. Noli Eala to clarify the James Yap trade rumors. A fan asked him about James Yap's trade to Petron and Noli Eala said that it will not happen, in their dreams! I read his Twitter and he indeed said those things. The James Yap trade is not true. Here's the Tweet.

If ever Petron wants Yap's services, do they have a player who can be traded for Yap? I think they don't have one because Yap's scoring prowess is incomparable to any of the PBA players today. He can shoot long range threes and he can score if he wants to. B-Meg will never trade such a player with a caliber like Yap. Moreover, B-Meg's owner said in Twitter that they are not looking for a forward, they are looking to trade for a Power Forward or a Center who's big and tall and who can score like Kirby Raymundo because Kirby seemed to be slow and hurt when they played in their tune-up Games. Here's what Rene Pardo said:

Clearly, if their would be any player in B-Meg who's gonna be traded it's a big man. Let's say, Kirby Raymundo may be traded to another team. In the past he's been plague by injuries and he's being stifled by it and it badly affects the system of B-Meg. They need fresh big men.
