Miami Heat Beats Boston In Game 1 Of Semis in 2011 Playoffs: LeBron James "This is Personal"
The Miami Heat is 3 games away from removing Boston's handcuffs on Lebron James's hands as they beat them in game 1 of their best of 7 semi-finals series. Dwyane Wade had 38 points and James Jones added 25 off the bench. Wade did a pretty decent job on guarding Ray Allen according to coach Jeff Van Gundy. Jones irritated Pierce and he was partly the reason why Pierce was thrown out. Jones also had 5 three pointers in this game. Heat won with the score of 99-90.
Without their captain ball Paul Pierce, Ray Allen took over the scoring for Boston. He had a 5 out of 6 shooting from beyond the arc. He is shooting on 60 percent clip. The problem for Boston is that Rondo and Garnett didn't score that much. Paul Pierce was ejected and so his absence means minus 15 plus points for his team. Rondo on the other hand was defended well by James and Mike Bibby. James had 2 blocks in this game. Bibby made a momentum booster three in the 3rd quarter while Boston is on an eight to zero run.
Here how the game happened.
