The Shakey's V-League Season 8 Second Conference is experiencing some problems as one of its participating teams, the San Sebastian College Recoletos might withdraw from the tournament because of some issues. They're still evaluating their participation. Our dear friend Snow Badua Tweeted that SSCR is 50:50 with regard to their SVL 2nd Conference participation. As a result, the V-League is once again moving their opening date to July 31, 2011, Sunday because of those kinds of withdrawal issues. I'm just crossing my fingers that it is already final because their fans are slowly losing their excitement and enthusiasm for the league.
