Ateneo Lady Eagles Beat Perpetual Help Lady Atlas in Shakey's V League Season 8 2nd Conference

The Ateneo Lady Eagles once again proved to be invincible in the SVL 2nd Conference as they beat the Perpetual Help Lady Atlas in 3 straight sets. This is now their 2nd win in the SVL 2nd conference and take note they won both of their games in 3 straight sets. That's how strong and dominating the Lady Eagles are. They are looking very strong as they defend their V-League crown.

Once again, Ateneo used their tremendous one-two punch. They did a great job in blocking the attacks of Perps while their spikers, led by Fille "The Heat" Cainglet and Alyssa Valdez did a splendid job in killing the ball. Aeriel Patnongon was the main reason for the great blocking of Ateneo. She's holding the fort for the Lady Eagles despite having personal problems. These 3 players led the Lady Eagles in getting a 2-0 start in the V-League. At the end of the match, Fille was named the best player of the game. She had 17 attacks all in all.
