No Height Limit For Imports In PBA Season 37 Commissioners’ Cup While 6'5 Height Limit in PBA Governors' Cup



The PBA will undero some changes in preparation for its upcoming 37th Season. Aside from their new home TV station which is now AKTV Channel 13, the PBA has also made some changes in terms the acquisition of imports.

The 6'2 height limit of the imports will no longer be applied because the PBA has decided to change it. They will now implement an unlimited height for imports in the PBA Commissioners’ Cup while in the Governors' Cup, they will implement a 6'5 height limit.

The last time that the PBA implemented an unlimited height for imports was way back in the 2008-2009 PBA Fiesta Conference. Ginebra's 7'0 import, Chris Alexander was the most dominant import in that Conference. Ginebra rode on his big frame to capture the Title against the Steve Thomas led Air 21 Express.
