A lot of basketball fans in the Philippines have been following the career movements of Denzel Bowles after he etched his name in their hearts during his successful stint with one of the most famous basketball clubs in the Philippine Basketball Association - the B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados. He had a terrific performance in the Finals of the PBA Commissioner's Cup 2012 wherein he led the Llamados in bagging the PBA Commissioner's Cup Crown. He also bagged the Best Import Award in the same Conference, besting the other imports of the League.

Since then, we've been expecting him to play in the NBA either with the Toronto Raptors or with the San Antonio Spurs because those are the two teams that showed interest on him earlier this year. But apparently, it was the New Orleans Hornets that got him in their NBA Summer League 2012 Team Roster.

Here's the official NBA Summer-League 2012 Team Roster of the New Orleans Hornets. Denzel will be playing alongside the top pick in this year's NBA Draft Anthony Davis. He will be showcasing his skills in front of the team officials and GM of the Hornets. Hopefully he'll be able to impress them and eventually land a spot in the Final Team Line-Up of the Hornets come October. So, Goodluck Denzel!
