With the departure of Jeremy Lin, one would think that the Knicks will get players that are as energetic and as youthful as him. But it seems that they are going to the opposite direction. Who would have thought that the they will end up getting some aging players in Jason Kidd and Pablo Prigioni (a veteran point-guard from Argentina). Kidd and Prigioni are 39 and 35 years old respectively.

And just recently, they added a new "Manong" in their team roster. He is none other than the 38 year old Rasheed Wallace (Sheed). Earlier today Sheed opted to come out of retirement to sign with the New York Knicks.

Aside from his patented Nike Air Force 1 High Supreme shoes and famous basketball phrase "Ball Don't Lie", Sheed is also known as a Big Man who loves to jack up threes. He is good at hitting outside shots. Sheed is also a certified winner as he helped the Detroit Pistons capture the World Title in '04 when they beat the heavily favored Lakers.

Looking at the New York Knicks' current line-up, I can't help but say that they are now officially the Oldest Team in NBA History.
