Dylan Ababou’s High School Photos, From being 5’7 to 6’3: Wanna Know His Height Growing Secrets?

Dylan Ababou’s current height is 6’3. Who would have thought that his height was just 5’8 during his 1st year and 2nd year High School days in Siena College Q.C. That’s a perfect example of a sudden growth spurt that almost all young basketball players want to achieve. The basketball gods probably smiled and agreed to bless him with that big growth spurt. A spurt that enabled him to become an RP Youth Member, a UST Tiger and now a PBA Player.

Anyway, wanna know Dylan’s secret on how he was able to grow taller? I will share to you what my source told me. He said that Dylan followed the advice of his High School Coach Mr. Bang Tumapat. His Coach told him to eat a lot of potassium rich Banana and vitamin supplement called B1, B6, B12. His coach also asked Dylan to do a lot of running drills and stretchings during their summer training. After all those rigorous activities together with proper diet, Dylan had a significant growth spurt. His friends were surprised when they saw Dylan’s physical development. From being 5’7, Dylan became a legit 6 footer when he entered his 3rd year in High School. Dylan started to play the big man’s role for Siena up to his 4th year. Dylan started to dominate in AAPS (Association of all Private Schools) Basketball League. He helped Siena capture the Championship Title during his 4th year at the expense of their district rival Lourdes School of Q.C.. From then on his success continued to pile up. His Coach helped him to become a member of the RP Youth Team and then because of that exposure UST asked him to try-out for their men’s basketball team. Luckily, he got in. To cut the long story short, he’s now a 6’3 forward playing for Ginebra San Miguel in the PBA.
