Just like Russel Westbrook's injury last season which sidelined him for quite some time, missing out the rest of the post-season, it seems that D-Rose will have to undergo the same grueling process after suffering a torn meniscus in his right knee popularly known as MCL injury in their game against the Portland Trailblazers.

D-Rose is leaning on the option of undergoing a knee surgery to reattach his torn meniscus. It will force him to miss the rest of the NBA Season, just like what happened to Russel Westbrook. A period of 6-8 months is the expected full recovery period of a torn Meniscus.

D-Rose suffered a torn ACL before and now he will be dealing with a torn MCL. Hopefully he can come back and be healthy for the rest of his NBA Career with the Bulls.

Derrick Rose is scheduled to undergo knee surgery on Monday (US Time).
