After averaging 21.2 points, 5.9 rebs, and 5.6 assists per game, Ateneo Blue Eagles skipper Kiefer Ravena got the nod of the UAAP Committee as he is set to be hailed as the UAAP Season 77 Men's Basketball Tournament Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Kiefer's sterling Season averages enabled him to sit on top of the statistical board amassing a massive 77.64 SPs (Stats points). Trailing behind him at number 2 in the race is DLSU stalwart Jeron Teng with 68.21 SPs followed by FEU Tamaraw Mac Belo with 61.29 SPs, then by another Blue Eagle Chris Newsome with 60.64 SPs, and finally by UST's Karim Abdul with 57.62 SPs to complete the top 5 MVP Candidates.

Kiefer can now breath a sigh of relief as he is now sure to be this Season's MVP. He will officially receive his first MVP award on October 8 (Wednesday).

It's also worth noting that Kiefer has the most number of game-winners this Season. He and the rest of the Blue Eagles will face either the NU Bulldogs or the UE Red Warriors in the UAAP Final 4.
