JuneMar Fajardo garnered 1134 total points to earn the Best Player of the PBA Governors' Cup Conference 2015 honors. GlobalPort's Terrence Romeo with 662 total points and San Miguel's Marcio Lassiter with 519 were the runners-up.

With regard to the Best Import of the Conference Race, it was Alaska's Romeo Travis who run away with the plum with 1060 total points. Closely behind him was San Miguel's Arizona Reid.
