Vernon Macklin Will Play for Ginebra Sister Team According to Miss Sheryl Reyes
Tweet Scoop:
The only thing permanent in this world is change. The PBA is no different from real life especially when it comes to the imports.
Vernon Macklin's career is like that. He once played for Ginebra years back and now he's making a comeback to the league this 2018. Sadly this time, according to his agent Miss Sheryl Sanchez Reyes, the towering import will not play for Ginebra. He will instead play for its sister team Magnolia on April.
"my client , fan favorite @vernon_macklin is #confirmed to play for magnolia this 2018 #pba #teamreyes #client1 see him this APRIL woot woot."
Macklin had a special memory with Ginebra fans when he led the Gin Kings to the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals only to fall short against the eventual champion Alaska Aces in 2013.
This is definitely a bitter pill to swallow for the Ginebra fans, but I'm sure that their love and admiration will prevail over anything else.
Macklin will still be supported by the fans of Ginebra when he suits up for Magnolia in the PBA.
